Unable to view the data of Journalized Table in cdc-consistent and cdc simple in odi 11g?

In this post, i have discussed  about "Source table have 1000 rows data.. this data loaded into target table. now target table have1000 rows data. Every six months,

If add 2000 rows to existing source table.. Then newly added or changed data  only  loaded into target table in odi 11g.. then 2000 rows have to load to target table

(now source table have 3000 rows).. recent data only added to target table..
